This Agreement, any and all pricing and discounts contained herein, and any related proposals or correspondence between The Partner and AQUATIX shall be considered confidential information. The Partner agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Partner may disclose such information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations set forth herein. The Partner agrees to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of and avoid disclosure or use of such confidential information in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of persons other than those persons authorized hereunder to have any such information, which measures shall include the highest degree of care that it utilizes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.

By acceptance and submission, you (herein referred to as “the Partner”) have read and agreed to AQUATIX’s terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale will govern all transactions between the Partner and AQUATIX.
The Partner agrees to periodically refer to the terms and conditions of sale for changes that may have taken effect from the date of posting on the website. The Partner or member(s) thereof are duly certified to be authorized to act for and on behalf of the business. The information contained herein is deemed accurate and correct.
Application Process
Supporting documentation may be called on when processing your application. Upon approval, our offices will make contact (via phone or email) within five business days, notify you of such, and provide account login details with preferential product pricing automatically applied.
AQUATIX reserves the right to accept or reject an application subject to criteria met. If you receive no response within the time mentioned above, consider your application unsuccessful.
