Are purchases backed by their respective warranties?

A manufacturer develops products for consumers. Each product has a warranty statement certifying that the product has met all manufacturer, state, and federal compliance regulations regarding quality. The warranty statement covers from the time the product leaves the manufacturer’s warehouse for shipping. The manufacturer uses a warranty to give limited repair or replacement of products if any defects are found. The warranty also protects the manufacturer from undue liability issues outside of its control

As the distributor, manufacturer warranties across all product lines are comprehensively covered in line with the South African CPA

Can I buy from AQUATIX if I am not a registered Partner?

You may purchase directly from our site and we will dispatch your goods from our dedicated warehouse. The prices shown are RRP incl. VAT, delivery excluded (where applicable).

NB: We do not offer support or advice on aquarium setup and maintenance, as this would place us in direct competition with some of our partners with whom we work closely. Our Partners will ensure you receive the same experience which has become synonymous with the AQUATIX brand.

What about the availability of spares?

We stock a vast array of spares on hand. In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock, they will be ordered and readily available on an ongoing basis as frequent shipments are received from our suppliers and partners. We will do our utmost to assist in a timeous manner. Do not hesitate to contact us or one of our authorized Partners concerning your purchase. 

When can we expect delivery of our backorders?

We strive to maintain availability on all product lines on hand. In the event that stock does go on backorder, we will give you an ETA in terms of logistics. Due to COVID-related delays, these time-frames may change but rest assured we will strive for the fastest possible turnaround time.

What If I need to return a product?

The returns process must begin within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same package, and in the same condition that it shipped. We are not responsible for any late or damaged shipments. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed, please review our warranty policy to determine if replacement parts or exchanges are available within that coverage.
