How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate your order status.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not support delivery to P.O. boxes please consider this when providing a delivery address to ensure prompt delivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days after your delivery date if the item is unused, in the same package and in the same condition that you received it in. To learn more about our Return Policy, click here to learn more.

The returns process must begin within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same package and in the same condition that it shipped. We are not responsible for any late or damaged shipments. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If 30 days have past, please review our warranty policy to determine if replacement parts or exchanges are available within that coverage.
To complete your return, forward a copy of your order confirmation email to email@example.com and denotate the item and reason for your return request.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR
In the event of a manufacturer defect, a replacement part may be sent, or the item may need to be returned. In the event you receive a product you did not order, we will cover the shipping costs for the item to be returned and the correct item to be shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days (or longer depending on your bank).
Reasons a refund may be denied:
- Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Item is received 30 days past the delivery date
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
All risk in and to all goods sold by AQUATIX to the customer shall pass to the customer on delivery thereof.
Ownership in all goods sold and delivered shall remain vested in AQUATIX until the full purchase price has been paid, and in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by the customer.
If the customer is sequestrated or placed under liquidation or judicial management or commits any act of insolvency or enters into any compromise with its creditors or fails to satisfy a judgement granted against it within 7 (seven) days of the date of judgement or changes the structure of its ownership, AQUATIX shall be entitled to take possession of the goods without prejudice.
Any further rights vested in AQUATIX, will irrevocably be authorized to enter upon the customer’s premises to take possession of such goods without a Court order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for the circumstances listed in the Defective Products and Returns Due to Our Error section of this policy). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable courier service which includes shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SUMMARY OF PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We will do our best to ship the Pre-ordered product(s) following their expected ship date. Should this change we will do our level best to inform you of such.
- You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up to date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-ordered product(s). If you need assistance in doing so please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-order. In the event we are unable to ship within 60 days from the placement of the order, a full refund will be processed at your request. No discounts, refunds, or credits will otherwise be offered due to such delays.

FULL PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Pre-order Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") govern the placing of Pre-order ("Pre-order(s)") with AQUATIX. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-order for any AQUATIX product(s). You agree to be legally bound by these terms by submitting your Pre-order.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCT(S)
Product(s) may be pre-ordered separately or in combination with each other.
SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a Pre-order, certain information such as your address and billing information must be provided. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your data before your product is shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-order. Suppose the Company is unable to commence shipping of a Pre-ordered product on or before the 60-day anniversary of your placing the Pre-order, the company shall process a full refund to you. All Pre-orders are handled through the Peach Payment platform. The placement of a Pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the Company charging the payment method provided at such time. The purchase price does not include delivery costs.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
The expected shipping date for Pre-ordered product(s) may be noted on each product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and the Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment and release of the product are not met, AQUATIX is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as outlined in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays. The product(s) will be shipped in the order in which the Company receives your Pre-order. Unless otherwise noted, shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
SECTION 5 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once you place your order, your order is final, noncancelable, and non-refundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
SECTION 6 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of the product(s) is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the Company, including any software included in the product(s) or intellectual property embodied in the product(s) or data collected by the product(s). The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Pre-order Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in interpreting these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
